WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
Most items are processed within 24-48 hours - however some items may take 3-10 business days to process.
Note: Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.
Generally these shipping times apply:
- 2 - 3 weeks for US delivery
- 3 - 5 weeks for International delivery
IMPORTANT: Indigo Polka is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details, zip code when you are checking out.
If you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information. We will try our best to assist you however please understand that if the package has already been shipped out hat we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. We will however attempt our best to help you in this situation.

Indigo Polka is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Indigo Polka is not, nor will be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. Should the purchaser have any doubt as to whether these charges may be applicable they should seek further information from the relevant authority in their country. Indigo Polka cannot advise on these fees - however it is generally highly unlikely that they will apply unless you are purchasing for commercial resale.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Tracking numbers are not provided for all orders. It varies from order to order. We offer the best products at very low prices as well as free shipping. So to keep these prices low for you, we choose the shipping method depending on the order volume. If you need a faster shipping or wish to be sure to get a tracking number, please contact us and this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please remember to inform us your country.
We can then provide you a tracking number may take a few days before the tracking number is getting the first updates from the origin country following transit.
You can return the good to us within 15 days of its delivery date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will notify where to send your item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send us an email and we will advise you the complete address details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
